Terms and Conditions

Thank you for giving us the opportunity to provide you with quality service. To ensure a smooth transaction, we ask you to read and agree to the following terms and conditions.

P/O Confirmation
• Once confirmed, all Purchase Orders are NCNR (Non-Cancelable & Non-Returnable).

Quality Guaranty
• All products supplied by Vsolution Electronics are in their original factory packing.
• Vsolution COC (Certificate of Compliance) can be provided upon request.
• We provide you a Quality Guarantee Period of 365 days. Within the warranty period, if products are found with quality problems and/or specification mismatches (excluding operations conducted incorrectly and factitious damages) you have access to an RMA process (please refer to RMA PROCESS).

Shipment Terms
• For your convenience, either shipping term, FOB USA or CIF HK, is available to you for each transaction.
• All goods will be delivered in a timely fashion according to the required date. In case of delayed delivery caused by a Force Majeure event (for example, natural disasters, war, or the failure of third parties, such as suppliers and subcontractors), Vsolution Electronics is excused from liability. Under those circumstances, a new delivery schedule can be discussed and arranged and failed products can be replaced, with expenses charged to customers.

Payment Terms
• All customers are required to offer trade references to set up a customer code in our system.
• According to different conditions of customers, we offer a payment term TT IN ADVANCE,COD,NET 30 DAYS,etc.

RMA Process
• A failure report is needed for an RMA request.
• Returned products will be taken care of by a Vsolution forwarder, under an RMA no. provided by Vsolution.
• Sample tests will be carried out by the manufacturers or by an authorized third party test center.
• The credit note will be released once the failure is confirmed.
